Limits of Confidentiality
Generally, information that you provide will not be released without your consent, either in written or verbal. However, there are some circumstances which require the disclosure of information without your consent, such as when:

1. there is a risk to self
2. there is a risk to others
3. specifically ordered by a court of law
4. medical requirement

Please note that I may anonymously discuss your case and/or treatment plan with my supervisor(s) to ensure the provision of quality care and ethical services.

Emergencies
My contact email(s) or contact form on this site are not meant to address crisis situations. If you experience a mental health crisis, you can contact but not limited to the 24-hour helplines provided below. Alternatively, you may go to the nearest Emergency Room or call 995.

Fees
The fees for your sessions are determined after the first consultation contact. Payment is expected at the time of your appointment. You can make payment by cash or via Paylah.

You have the right to end the service(s) at any time. Please notify me of your desire to complete service(s). I may request to have a final session with you to allow for therapeutic closure and to provide aftercare planning if necessary. You can decide if you want to meet for the final session.

Please note that you are still responsible for making payments on all balances after you have terminated the service(s), no matter the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
You are required to provide a 24-hour notice should you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can email me with your cancellation or reschedule request via email or the Contact form found on the website.

You will be billed if your appointment is cancelled or missed without the 24-hour notice. The amount billed will be the mount that would be collected if the service had been provided as scheduled.

If you fall within the 24-hour notice and faced with an emergency situation, please contact me as soon as possible. You may discuss with me if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

Responsibility for Action
All inputs given during the counselling/therapy sessions are for your consideration and decision only. You will be responsible for making decisions and taking action to address the issues discussed. Implementation decisions will be made solely by you, and no one else will be held responsible for the decisions you make.

The Consent for Services and/or Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Please review the Consent for Services and Terms and Conditions before you engage our services. You may contact me if you have any questions.
